This August, SKYCABLE Pacific CATV, Inc., will launch the Addressable System in your area, one of our projects aimed at continuously providing you the best service possible.

In this project, cable signal will be encrypted and only legal subsribers who have the Addressable Box will be able to receive the cable TV signal. This will solve signal problems caused by illegal connection. We will provide an Addressable Box and remote control in your area without extra charge during this test period. In my opinion, it's just there way of getting more revenue than preventing illegal connection. The phrase
