My vote goes to Chouno, Koushaku of Buso Renkin.

I don't need to explain why... anyone who has watched Buso Renkin will never forget him.

Too bad the choices are limited. In respect to the TS, Others should pertain to Others. As in Others(Any antagonist/character coming from any anime series) ^__^. Well I voted for Phantom Troupe a.k.a. Genei Ryodan for I like Shalnark. Why? He is intelligent + techy = great combo .

very limited choices indeed. But if I had to choose from the antagonists that you have listed, I'd vote for Genei Ryodan. (why? because of Shizuku. )

no, calling Papillion as weird is an understatement... He was like, crazy! The other thing about Chouno that I will always remember is his battle suit. Its very *unique*. I'm actually thinking of doing a cosplay of Chouno...
