Warning: Survey says that Villar is spending a lot of money for his political campaign which means there is a possibility that if he wins the election, he would accumulate more money para pambawi for the money he has wasted...
How Villar Used His Brother to Gain the Appeal of the Masses:
Villar said in his ad that his brother(Danny Villar) died because they didn't have enough money to pay for his hospitalization. But is this true? The Death Certificate of Danny clearly says that he was hospitalized in FEU Hospital , one of the most prestigious and expensive hospitals in the Phil. before St. Luke. If they don't have enough money then Danny shouldn't be hospitalized in a private hospital but in a public hospital. And clearly it is stated that Danny died of cardiac disease or something (cardiac arrest maybe) and that during that time there was no cure for that because it was still in 1960s. Danny died not because they don't have money but because there was no cure for that certain illness.
His Parents' True Identity:
Villar claims that his mother is a fish vendor in a market but it was found out that his mother is actually a fish dealer ( mas sosyal sa fish vendor, mas kwartahan sa fish vendor) and that his father is a government official.
Villar's Educational Background in The Elementary and High School:
Villar didn't finished his education in a public school or something. Villar finished his elementary years in Holy CHild Catholic School and his high school years in Mapua Institute of Technology -both private institutions.
Where did they live?
During the 1960s his family lived in San Rafael Village ( Sosyal na Village To!) and that they owned a 560 SQM lot. During that time it costs 16,000 pesos but now that kind of lot is worth a millions. The present owner of that lot says that the house was already concretized before he moved in.
Final Words: So Villar isn't the man who actually rose from a poor class to an upper class but during the 1960s, their family was a middle class family.
