We went to Park Mall last night and supposedly have dinner at Tandoori. However, as we scanned around the different restos, the African sign caught our attentions. Honestly, we were a bit hesitant to go there as we were fearing the unknown and afraid of what food can they offer us. Hehe! I myself was scared to see on one of the menus a crocodile meat viand. Finally, we decided on rack of ribs, eggplant and grilled cream dory fish fillet. The waitress was very friendly and promptly answers all our questions. About 5 minutes or less of waiting we were served with their complimentary salty fried bread served with 3 different sauces: peppery gravy, light sour cream and the sweet & sour sauce(rox's choice). The bread was new to our tongue, it's crisp and crusty outside but soft inside. Yummy! Then the rest of the viands came. Rack of ribs is a 5/5 for me. The cream dory is 6/5(hahaha) and the eggplant is the usual one you cooked at home but not oily 5/5. Their food was great and very affordable. And after the sumptuous dinner, I decided to buy ripe mangoes at the mall for deserts. When I came back and about to slice the mangoes with the used table knife, the waitress came with spoons and new table knives for our desserts without her being prompted to do so. For me, it was an excellent service. Too bad we didn't get her name. Guys, give it a try it's worth it!
