hahaha, it's not hacking.
You'll have to figure out the right properties to adjust it. To keep your work easy, Install firefox "web developer" ADD-ON, then use the CSS feature "style information".... so that you can identify which properties you need to adjust, between IE and FIREFOX.
It's just the matter of identifying.

epost diri ang css codes sa ana nga menu... pati na pud ang tags niya... kay lisod kung picture ra ang basihan.
btw, IE hacks is not advisable.... naa manay pirmi workarounds jud ba basta careful lang jud ka sa structure sa imong code...

Validate first:
The W3C Markup Validation Service
The W3C CSS Validation Service

Basin dili hack imo kailangan kundi total revamp.
