    Default need advice regarding legal issues sa car accident

    guys.. i hope naa mka hatag tambag ninu regarding sa car accident..

    lagot kaau.. ako car gi bangaan sa french national.. hubog cya dat time, and ala pa jud license.. stationary pa ako car that time...

    now karon mo claim ko damages.. dagan2xan ko niya kung manukot.. di jud mo contact sa ako maski many times nako nag bilin no... and when nagka sabot mi mag meet gi-indian pa jud ko.. as if mao ra ako asikasohonon.. busy baya pud ko sa work.. gusto nila nga ako jud mo adto sa ila office para sa personal claims... ako pa gibangaan ako pa hassle2xon.. paeta ani oi...

    ambot kaha kung ganahan ba to mo bayad,, di man ganahan mo reimburse sa ako taxi expense kay ala daw resibo... saon man na?... and nag claims pud ko against sa ila lost income kay lisud kaau iovertime nga ala skayanan...


    paeta ani mga foreigners diri sa cebu oi.. abi nila di sila suklan.... sila pa naa sala. sila pa magpa presyo...

    unsa kaha pwede nako i file nga kaso ani?

    Tell this guy that you would report him to the BOI if ever he won't face his liabilities. Mahadlok jud na, kabalo ko mga foreigners hadlok makasala sa ato kay ma deport unya.

    own damage or comprehensive insurance..

    This is the part which actually covers damages to your car (Own Damage). It also covers your car in case it gets stolen (Theft). Note that this only covers collision damage with another and dosent cover damage due to floods, typhoons, earthquakes and other natural disasters.

    OD means own damage. Allowed man mag business ang mga foreigners basta sakto lang sa permit ug naka meet sa tanan visa requirements.

    naa man insurance ako car... pero dili ba ilang insurance ang mo bayad ana kay ila man ng sala? plus ako pud medical bills for the examination..

    how bout ako loss of income, and additional expenses incurred due to inconvenience caused? (taxi).. ala man gud resibo taxi as proof..
