I always do that and i easily catch colds. what is a better thing to do?
just like athletes, use warm water to take a bath/shower after a workout or physical activities.
do we really have to rest a bit b4 take a bath or it's just ok to do it right then after workout?

yes it's ok, i use hot shower...
as long as warm/hot water will be used for taking a bath its okay, but if you are not used to it, better to take a rest before taking a bath

I also catch colds after i shower when working out. SO what i do now is body lang ako gi shower, dili na apil and head, and nawala raman ako colds. Of course, rest around 15 minutes after workout.. preferably lie down with both feet raised.
mas maayu dili. kay makamatay man jud na mag bath after working out. unya ma-pasmu man ka ana. kung ganahan jud ka maligo, warm water lang.
i dont sugest to take a bath after gym but if badly needed, ok lng but kng pirmi murag delikado nana...unya nana mang gawas ang side efect ig tiguwang nato..heheehhe
