    Default need help bringing motorcycle from manila to cebu

    guys!! kinsa nakasuway ug dala brand new motorcycle from manila to cebu whats the usual requirement? ive heard OR and CR daw? is there anything else? and dba dugay mana makuha ang OR or CR? how many days or weeks?? please help me guys
