THEME: SIMPLICITY

Have your own interpretation that meets the definition of the word "Simplicity".

This contest is open for all amateur, hobbyist, pro.

Photo Formats
Entries may be colored or black and white prints.

Photographer / Copyright
Entries must be submitted by the original photographer. Do not submit photos taken by someone other than yourself. Your submission of the photo is your guarantee that you are the author and copyright holder of the photo.

Number of Entries
Photographers may submit only one(1) photo for the contest.

Return of Photos
Photos, regardless of the medium, will not be returned. Please do not send your only copy of a photo.

Ownership/Use Rights
Photographers retain the copyright to their photographs. By entering the contest, photographers agree to have their submitted photograph displayed without any fee or other form of compensation. Entries will never be used by PRG Photoshop and CebuPhoto.org in any manner for advertising or sale.

Judging
Judges will only select a winning photo. Entries will be judged on the basis of creativity, composition and effectiveness in conveying the theme.

Image Modifications
Minor digital enhancement is permitted but images that have been significantly modified or appear unnatural will be disqualified.

Not Permitted:
-No borders or frames
-No watermarks, signatures or copyright notices may be added to images. All winning images will be displayed with the photographer's name.
-Adding or replacing elements in an image is not permitted.
-Artistic filters are not permitted.

Permitted Modifications:
-Images may be cropped and rotated as necessary.
-Images may be resized as long as the aspect ration is maintained
-Red-eye removal and spot editing
-Use of filters to sharpen, soften, blur, or remove noise.
-Global enhancements to improve the natural appearance of the image such as levels, contrast, brightness, curves, intensity, hue, saturation, lightness, value, color balance and tint.

Submitting Prints
Prints must be 8x12 inches. Do not send negatives or soft copies.
Entries must be in enclosed in a brown envelop with a piece of paper with your Name, contact number and email address
Submit entries at PRG Photoshop, Baseline Center, Juana Osmeña, Cebu City

Deadline of Submission is on April 24, 2010

Final Winner will receive a price c/o PRG Photoshop

The Winner will be announced at PRG Photoshop and CebuPhoto.org
