    Default Grabeee!!! Sakit jud kau ang nahitabo nako!!!!!!..


    Last month, nag apply ko ug mga online job. Lipay kau ko kay dali kau ko na hire as a Virtual assistant sa usa ka company sa US. ang office kay sa brooklyn new york. nagwork ko ani na company for a month. first week nadawat nko akong weekly na sweldo. bisan tuod ang company wala ni provide ug proper training ug orientation, GO lng jud ko kay earning dollars mn. sa akong trabaho pwerte jud nkong nosebleed kay dli jud cla mo provide ug training nya mere orientation ra gi provide. grabe as in jud, gipahimo ko ug mga marketing letter, business letter, mass emailing ug 1000 ka emails, nya ako pa jud nag research ana nga 1000 ka emails. nag make ko ug cold calls para mo market sa mga prospective clients nga gikan sa akong gi research na 1000 emails. akong nadawat kay bundak sa phone, butang diretso sa phone, singka nga dili sila interesado...gawas pa ana, pahimuon ko ug mga calls nga walay orientation mao magkasayop sayop ko sa trabaho, nya I feel bad sa akong self kay dli ko satisfied sa akong work. pag first week, nakadawat nko ug sweldo.. pag second week ug third week kay wala na nga weekly every friday mn daw ang sweldo.

    So mao to ni decide ko na mo resign nlng kay ni ask mn ko sa akong boss 2 weeks nko wala sweldohi. Nya ingon cya wala pa raw cya nka clear ug funds para e sweldo nko. and iya raw minusan akong sweldo since, naa pa raw ko sa training time. Training bah! nga wala mn ko gi train!!!. Nya dli sad na mao among sabot nya pag sugod nko sa work regarding my salary! nahimo na hinuon commission base akong sweldo.

    so pag thrid week during sa akong employment ani nga company, nagpadala na cya ug money thru paypal sa 2 weeks nko na sweldo..ngeee!!!! sa 2 weeks nko nga work mas gamay pa hinuon ako sweldo nadawat compare sa pag 1st week nko sa work nga sweldo mas dako. so pag a day after ko niya gipadalhan sa gamay kau nga amount nga lahi ra kau sa among gisabutan, ni resign nko.

    na shock nlng ko pag ugma ana after ko ni resign, iya bitaw na gi reverse tanan nga gipadala niya na salary nko sa paypal!!!! as in na negative jud akong account. ako na hinuon ang utangan sa paypal tungod sa iyang gibuhat. gi kuha niya ug balik ang gi transfer nga money, even the money nga gi transfer niya 4 weeks ago gikuha niya ug balik..sakit jud kau sa akong part kay seryos ko sa trabaho. pila ko ka weeks walay klaro nga tulog kay evening mn akong work. sakit jud kau, ako cya gi confront online bahin ana..dli jud sya mo reply...nya wala na cya online online hasta pod iyang secretary..feeling nko gikawatan jud ko!!!!..sakit jud kaau...gitago taguan nko niya karon..faet kau!!

    sa mga sweto ug paypal, unsaon mani nko oi? ako na mn hinuon ang utangan nila nya kuhaon akong negative funds didto e kaltas sa among credit card...hhhhaaaayyyy!!! pwerte jung sakita..ako gud tong gihaguan....hhhhaaaayyyy!!!!

    I believe what happened was a chargeback. What a horrific experience to go through! I don't think you can do anything about it, TS.

    noh?..huhuhuhuh..paita pod sa PayPal oi..ila mn na sugtan bisan 3 weeks ago na nga gipadala, pwede pa mn e reverse sa sender..dli jud safe ang paypal..wala jud protection sa mga seller, sa buyer ra naa..pwerte jud sakita..hangtud karon maka remember ko makahilak jud ko..salbahis kau akong employer!

    I believe your employer is a scammy one, sis. What's his name or the name of his company? Be careful where you do your job hunts because there are sites frequented by scammers and low-ballers.

    Basta PayPal gali, direcho dayon ug transfer sa bank account before your employer changes his mind. He has many excuses to demand a chargeback man gud.

    With each chargeback the issuer selects and submits a numeric "reason code". This feedback may help the merchant (and acquirer) diagnose errors and improve customer satisfaction. Reason codes vary by bank network, but fall in four general categories:

    * Technical - Expired authorization, non-sufficient funds, or bank processing error.
    * Clerical - Duplicate billing, incorrect amount billed, or refund never issued.
    * Quality - Consumer claims to have never received the goods as promised at the time of purchase.
    * Fraud - Consumer claims they did not authorize the purchase, or identity theft.

    ing.ani ang work sa akong ate... last month ra cya nag sugod.. ang style sa iyang sweldo kay diritso man sa iyang bank account.. pero dako2x jud lagig ma minus.. pero atleast safe..

    mao bitaw among gibuhat. pagpadala niya, gi transfer namo sa bank. mao nga -$200 na hinuon among balance nya e deduct na sa mong credit card nga nka tie up sa akong Paypal account. if wala to namo deritso gi withdraw 0 balance ra to...lagi oi..i've learned my lesson na jud...tsk tsk tsk.. scam mn jud to iya company feeling nko, kay inconsistent kau ilang info..nya one time gi sugo ko niya ug patawag kay follow-up sa ad na ipa post namo. Sos! bouncing cheque bitaw na ang gi issue sa among boss!! ako maoy nkasab-an sa taga magazine kay bouncing cheque ang gi issue sa company na akong gi represent. didto nko nag start ug duda nya nag plan na mo resign.. sa odesk na nko nakita na job..careful jud mo ug apply dinha kay mapareha nya mo nko nga ma TY ra ang sweldo...

    I see. Odesk used to be a good place to do business, but now it's attracting a lot of cheap buyers (and providers) as well as scammers.

    Sorry to hear about your experience, sis. Revealing your bank account is just as risky as getting paid via PayPal.

    really? I was about to change my payment method thru bank to bank rather than paypal..how come that could be more riskier? i'm really sorry for bothering you but i really need infos about this.. so can you suggest any safe payment method? how about western union?

    Sis, the reason that PayPal is the "safer" way to do business is that you don't have to reveal your credit card number or bank account numbers, which hackers are very eager to sabotage. Safety net sya. I haven't had any problems with PayPal.

    Try to choose your employers well, and try to set your business terms. Equal pay for equal work jud, sis. If nabayran ka good for 1 week, then render service good for 1 week only.

    TS, please post sa name sa boss/company/project nga ni-scam nimo as a warning sa uban nato nga istoryans.. kung okey ra.
