it's always a risk, you can take the risk loosing someone by taking side with your pride... and you can take the risk that you could end up a loser by swallowing your pride...

Well, of course. . .
It would ultimately depend on the situation.
I lower my pride when the situation demands it so. But never to the extent of losing it.
I always leave some for myself. ^_^

When Taking risk maneuverd the situation, thus pride is set aside for a reason.
But when pride maneuverd the situation, thus taking risk is no longer at use.

Thats why when this 2 collides for a reason, then one must understand the situation that person is into.
