recover encrypted files

I recently formatted my system partition and installed a new copy of windows xp sp3. I notice that my folders on the other partition is in color green and I found out that those files were encrypt using the Inbuilt encryption function in windows XP Pro. I forgot to back up the certificate and cannot restore my OLD OS. Now those files are inaccessible.

Is there A way I can recover those files?

e uncheck ang "Use simple file sharing" under sa "Tools" "Folder Option" right click" "Properties" sa folder nga naka encryption "Security" "Advanced" "Owner" Check "Owner on Sub...." then apply.

Sa XP Pro ra ni nimu puede magamit bro. dili puede ang Xp home ani...

Tried that bro, still the files inside the folder is encrypted even if you override the ownership.

Try share your drive and let other PC access it. Or boot from safe mode.

Tried both also, my computer is in a network environment. I need something that can create a public key or private key for the recovery agent.

been there tried that... bisag linux pa ako software dili ko dyapon allowed mo access sa folder...
