Is there a trusted laptop repair shop in Cebu City?

A shop that has the capability to repair the defective specific portion of my laptop.

I have a Fujitsu laptop with a defective motherboard as told by a tech guy here in Iligan. But they could not repair my laptop because they don't have the parts.

Replacing the motherboard is out of the question.
