I'm not working for zion directly but i'm a home based VA, working for a real estate client. $320 is what you get paid for researching on the internet re: Real Estate and making a few calls. so that's like 14K plus. and you're just at home, the bills you pay are basically your internet connection and electricity. 14K plus is what the average agent earns, actually i'm earning more than some call center agents who go to work in their office, have to spend for their fare and eat out. so for me, it's worth the $320 your client is paying you. ☺

I have a friend who used to work there and he didn't like it. Way klaro ang pagsweldo daw.
