Hello, my friend is asking for help in looking for a hotel near fuente osmena. The budget is PhP800/day max.

May I ask for suggestions?

Here's a list that was given to her:
1. Sampaguita Suites Cebu
2. Richmond Hotel Cebu
3. Paladin Hotel Cebu
4. Rajah Park Hotel
5. Century Plaza Hotel
6. Allson's Inn Cebu
7. Grand Prix Hotel Cebu

Do these hotels fit the bill? (Decent, less than 800 and near fuente)

I've seen Sampaguita is within 800hun but Rajah is out..they are very expensive. I dont have the idea of the others.

I just want to make sure btw that these are not sleazy motels... so it would be great if you could point it out if some of these in the list are that...

2. Richmond Hotel Cebu - If you mean Richmond Plaza, its not 800/day. More than 1K/day na sila
3. Paladin Hotel Cebu - Maybe you mean Palladium Suites at the back of Sampaguita Suites? I don't think 800/day sad sila. Its more than 1K.

Try Cebuguesthouse.com. I always pass by Mango Ave. They have rooms less than 800 pa. I'm just not sure if its really good.

MY two cents..... sampaguita is the only one that fits the needs of your friend. It is clean man daw according to my friend who has stayed there.

Cebuguesthouse.com is not that near fuente if you are aiming for walking distance. Nice unta grand prix kaso mahal.

nice but the condition was LESS than EIGHT hundred.... sa appletree kay 1000p man ang lowest. or 998 to be more specific.
