Looking for: A Venue for my Sweet Sixteen and A themed party :)

I'm looking for a place preferably not a function room, like an outdoor place or a clubhouse that is affordable but big that could fit sound system, disco lights, food, photography stand and lots of dancing. Any suggestions?
