The Fine Arts Student Organization of UP Cebu holds a Summer Art Workshop every year. I don't know though if they accept 2-year olds.

ETA: I found this:

Courses offered are categorized according to age:
Art Appreciation: ages 4-6
Basic Drawing A: ages 6-8
Basic Drawing B: ages 9-12
Advanced Drawing: ages 12 & up
Basic Painting: ages 12 & up.

I guess your kid can't join that one then. Anyway, for those interested, you may call 233-8208.

Naa may summer karate lessons e held ang Cebu City Sports Complex... You can choose a variety of styles... Okinawa Shorin Ryu, Taekwondo, etc... Naa pod Boxing... !
