try to diagnose it first .. if it's the hardware or the software side... bro,, you may check your psu..

if ma on balik, it could be heat problem. When your processors will reach 60 to 75% (depende sa configuration) it will automatically shut down. Your processor fan might be off, or if dugay na ni na PC, thermal paste should be replaced.

If dili ma on balik, then it might be the power supply.

    1. Clean your casing and all your fans with WD40 -> test
    2. Reseat your RAM modules + use eraser and clean the contact points -> test
    3. Reseat your video card + use eraser and clean the contact points -> test
    4. Reseat your CPU/Processor + new thermal compound -> test
    5. Find another working PSU -> test
    6. Transfer all your components to a new motherboard -> test

If masangit ka on either one of them, you have to it fixed or replace it jud.

If it was running slow in the days prior to this problem check the CPU, heatsink/fan may be blocked with dust. If not that then could be the power supply has developed a problem or is reacting to a short somewhere.

Quite honestly it could be a number of things, but those are what I would consider first.
