Been there, Done that. And i would like to share my experiences, nahagba lng jud kos BIR. thats why i'm sharing so that di mo maparehas nako. Hehe!

    1. Go to DTI, apply for business registration. Come up with a name sa imu business, but before that para dali ra ang process. Go to the DTI website (search in google coz nakalimut ko sa site address), check nimu imung business name if naa ka kaparehas, kay if naa, think of other names. For me, gicheck jud nako daan then when i submit my papers to DTI, after 10mins. Na-release na akong DTI permit.

Check sa site nalang for the requirements that you should bring.

    2. Apply for barangay clearance, bring the DTI permit once completed.

    3. Apply for Mayor's permit. Kani diri madugay2x jud ka. Follow steps lng jud. Fee's depending on your business.

    4. After mayors permit, 1 month before the opening of your biz, apply for BIR registration. Follow steps lang.

Good luck! Pero gusto ka way hassle, hire a book keeper.

hire a book keeper. 500 ra pangayo. Sa business name, para dili ka maglibog unsay ibutang, just use your name the butangi lang sa tumoy ug "Enterprise" or something like Juan dela Cruz Enterprise. Anyway, you can use your brand name when transacting your business. Sometimes man gud hasol ning taga DTI. One time nag nominate ko ug name then wala gi approve kay lisod kuno litukon
