hello istoryans... i am very interested about web designing... please tell me your opinion whether to enroll a short term course or take up a 4-year course concentrating on web designing and if so what is that 4-year course i should take?

if planning to put up ur own web designing biz, ok ra short term courses, if ur goal is employment preferred gyod ang 4 yr course......kay daghan na ron professionals na IT so stiff ang competition sa IT job market, kon nahan ka mag freelancing....oks na ang mga crash courses

if web designing lang, pwede ra na online, there are a lot of tutorials. You dont need to enroll yourself in some school.

nahan ko putting up my own web designing biz... or freelancer lang... wer ko mag enroll? kanang nice ang training...

ok ra ang self-study but you have to be disciplined and goal-oriented.
naay daghan resources/tutorials sa internet.

kung confident naka sa imong na learned, take lang ug certification exams para naa kay evidence na capable ka ana nga technology and also for your credentials for resume.

for me mas okay ang online resources kay daghan ipang tudlo sa schools na not needed sa hands on application like mga theories and long explanation, sa net man gud kay straight to the point and you'll learn how to use google effectively. if you're really interested di jud ka ma boringan, for me mas boring ang discussion sa teacher.

some of the theories and long explanations are useful during the actual experience.
inig work na gud kay you have to make documents, papers, etc..etc.. for your project. and you have to analyze problems. pero depende na sa imong trabaho.

kung magstudy gud, mas exciting and dli boring kung straight to the point, diritso makita ang output mas lingaw.

naay disadvantage naa pud advantage in short.

sige thanks a lot sa inyong mga replies...so if online tutorials lang ko mag self study what man nga mga sites? and if mag enroll jud ko sa skul og 4 year course, what man akong i-major nga kanang mo concentrate jud about web designing?
