Default Giant 500 UPS Battery Replacement

    Good day fellow Istoryans...

Need ko ninyo ug assistance sa akong Giant 500 UPS. dugay na saku ni na UPS way back 2007 pa. pero wala na nku magamit kay dili na mu hold ug power pag mu brown out, I assume tungod siguro sa battery. Lately kay sige naman ta ka experience ug brownout. akong gipalitan ug battery. ang problema nakalimot naku sa sakto na connection wires sa battery. ako na man gud sauna gi tangtang ang batt. nawala akong kodigo sa battery wire connection....any feedbacks will be greatly appreciated....

note: ang batt na napalit nku 6V 4AMPs instead na 6V 4.5AMPS, wala na man gud laen. ok ra kaha ni?

well, using lower amps will decrease backup tym. dont know lang how much provided u will be 8A instead of the rated 9Amps. much ok unta if it was a bit bigger. but then u just nid enough time to shutdown your comp properly right?

true, just enough juice para sakto na ma shutdown....

Actually there's a deeper reason why ako jud buhion akong UPS. last tuesday morning nag brownout. pag balik sa kuryente d na mu boot akong PC...mu on siya pero d mu boot, so troubleshoot ko unsa problema. check physical connection sa outlet ok. PSU sad ok. kay mu on man ang fans. so check nku ang RAMS....ako gi tangtang ang isa ka RAM. ni boot siya. so gi interchange nku ang RAMS vice versa, kay basi sa memomry slots. isa ra man jud ka RAM ang mugana..i thot guba na akong RAM. i left my computer running using 2GB running on single channel. i left to run some errands...pagbalik nku. i thot of something. akong gi reboot ang pc nya sa BIOS nag restore ko to factory defaults..gibalik nku ang isa ka run....and tua ra. balik na siya sa 4GB...for some unknown reason nabuang akong BIOS setting after sa brownout...my settings on my rig before was E5200 OC @3.5Ghz then tight mem config...now im back at stock settings. utro na sad ko ug OC....
