have modified for local ingredients:
two bulbs bisaya garlic, peeled n cleaned (not the imported big variety)
canola oil half cup
calamansi juice half cup
1 teaspoon salt
put in blender. run at low speed first slowly progressing to higher speeds when the sauce forms.
i alternate the canola oil and calamansi juice, adding a spoonful amount each time, not the entire half cup.
try to taste. if too strong, add the cooked potato maybe two.
two medium sized potatoes, cooked in boiled water, peeled (this is to help neutralize the garlic later)
