Guys, ive always thought that you do cardio exercise first, get all warmed up and do weights after.
Pero i just read in an article from Men's Fitness (july '06 issue) na mag and they say that its actually much better to do the cardio LAST on your workout routine.
You burn more fats and calories this way according to the mag. So they recommend to do cardio AFTER weights.
What are your take on this guys?
