dude to end your confusion here's what you should do.
if you work out in the morning, you should do your cardio first before lifting weights. this should be done without having breakfast first. the objective of this cardio workout is shedding those extra fats in your system. a more defined body is obtained.
if you work out in the evening, you should do your cardio AFTER you lift weights. the reason is we have a slower metabolism during night time. as much as possible avoid eating loads of carbo after 6pm. if cardio exercises are done in the evening, the objective is more on endurance.
