starting up a business with Php 10,000 - 15,000??

Hi guys... i need your suggestions on what business i can put up with 10k or also food franchising mga around 20k...

and if you have an idea where you can take trainings or seminars regarding starting different kinds of business kanang barato ra or mas maayo if libre... hehehe i need your suggestions

My interests includes: baking/cooking, arts and crafts.. but im open for any business opportunities...
