i need help on pc trouble shooting

i am assembling a pc set.
but there is something wong during testing, heres the scenario:

once it is turned on,the pc detects the keyboard and mouse, and starts to load the OS, but once the OS starts to load, the control with the mouse and the keyboard is gone,

Do any of you guys can help me on what part of the PC should I check?

is that newly installed OS? if not maybe theirs a problem with the drivers on it! how about trying to load your OS in Safe Mode if it will work..then re install the motherboard driver.

hardware setting error

check the bios..>> enable usb keyboard | usb mouse

if its set to disable..u may use it in bios ( enabled by default ) and during installation start,

but not anymore once the installer is " setting up drivers for blah.blah.blah "

yes, but dili man sya moagi atong display na normal mode, safemode, .... moderitso ra man load ang OS, nya once ma load mawala na ang control sa USB ug mouse
