bsta mga loan agencies, mostly pinakagamay na 2.5%. naa 3.8% nya naa pd 6%. nya kinahanglan naa ka co-maker. if nag rent ka, kinahanglan imo co-maker wla.. nya almost same reqs. mo sa imo co-maker..
if i wer u, try sa bank like chinatrust. for as low as 1.39% r..

these are the qualifications:

at least 1 yr. tenure in current employer (regular); 2 yrs. for call center agents
w/ a minimum salary of P10,000 per month

requirements:

2 mos. payslip
I.T.R
company i.d
Certificate of Employment
