you dont need skype credit to make calls from my VoIP. you just need to follow the prompt i provided.

you did not dial a number. after you hear the prompt dial first the area code of Cebu that is 032 followed by the 7 digit number you wish to call.

in skype: to activate dial pad click the small arrow pointing down, you will see a dial pad, click the dial pad; a small dial pad will appear. there you can input a number as my prompt instructed you on how to dial a number.

Great! Makatawag jud. But after 2 minutes, I was placed on hold. Surely the recipient of my call didn't do that.
