What are your Problems during renewal of Business Permit? Or even during processing of application for new permit?

well, we have to comply all those requirements, not unless it's irrelevant.
solution for that problem is to comply the requirements. but if you have problems sa pag comply sa requirements, then that's a different story.

ask lang ko, naa mi business b4 then wala na ma renew ang biz permit kay nag overseas man ako dad, then na stop na ang among biz, my question is naa ba me bayaran na penalty kon mag open mi another business? we wanted to start another biz , then sa barangay lang mi kuha ug permit pero ingon man sila, mangayo pa daw mi ug clearance from city hall...pila sad amo bayranan in case naa jud penalty?

you need to process closure of your business to avoid penalties. You can't register new business unless dili ma-settle imong old business.

I suggest you register your new business under different name/owner.

Common problems for the renewal of business permits are:
- requirements
- late renewal
- city hall worker attitudes
- unsystematic process

funny andweird ang logic and attitude ng city treasurer's office personnel...
magbuot pila ang income sa mga magrenew ng permit...
no matter if you present duly audited (SGV at that) FS
they still wont rely on them... where do they rely more?
on their estimates...!

example... one pre-need company branch office applied for lic. renewal
everybody knows preneed companies suffered blows left and right last year
and most of them were not allowed to sell products as early as 2nd qtr of last year
and becoz of that, its but natural that their incomes will suffer along the way...

do you think city hall would allow a decrease in income? naah....
theywould insist on at least 10% increase in income...
or else, the guy processing it will threat you with ridiculous "investigation" ek ek
and since you dont want a delay, you would have no recourse but to give-in
to their "own, self-estimate income" city hall version.

i recommend cpa, siya pud nag process sa akong business permits. Dili jud ka pasagdahan. Always remind you labi na ako malimot jud. Hehe. Thumbs up!ü
