What does it mean if you're introduced to his family?

If a guy introduces you to his family esp. to his mum(even hang out with his mum&family), would that mean he's that serious in your relationship and he won't easily fool around or let you go?
i'm in a long distance relationship and i still can't tell how secured i am in such rel.

actually, he's a seaman. i've been with& known him for only 1month then 6months na kami long distance rel. he introduced me to his family while he is away.

my problem also is we lack the communication kc mahal daw ang calls dun. sige nlng ko problema, kapraning, maguol--- my greatest fear is to be fooled around.

in other words, i don't think i'm happy anymore. i don't know if i should go on with our rel. hahay.
i've been praying a whole lot recently but i don't think God hears me. i'm just so confused & depressed on what to decide.

yes it can be that he is serious in your relationship but that is not an assurance that he will not fool around pd, cguro hope lang that he is so into you esp you are in a LDR...

not for security of the relationship but he sees something special in you and he wants his parents/family to see it too...

but don't expect too much.. just simply enjoy the moment and be urself coz parents would usually know if ur faking it

if its rare that this guy introduces his gf to his parents, then it means that you are special..i mean, if dili gyd ni niya gina buhat pod before then it means that he is looking into a serious relationship with you..lahi naman gd if the parents of the guy knows you na, its like you are part of the family na..so for me, the guy is serious with you..BUT, regarding the long distance relationship, lahi nasad na.. u just need to have constant communication and everything will be okay, you are secured, but that depends on both your efforts to make the relationship work out..it takes two to tango...

Depends what kind of family he comes from...
cz it might be na his family is just open to anything, meaning it doesnt mean na if he introduced you to his family he might be serious na dayon.
i used to think that way, super proud to the next level ko when a guy introduces me to hs family. k i thought serious na. binuangan man ko gihapon. LOL. nag attend pa kmi gani sa wedding ng brother nya so it's like the whole family incldg the cousins were introduced to me.
so dpende ra jud sa family ng bf mo. if you think they are the conservative type, then chances are you are very lucky to be introduced to his family k it seems na he's serious about you.
i hope you get what i mean. like one said, time will tell
