I think we have the same problem when I was trying to fix my unused computers. I know it sounds stupid pero butange og speaker imong pc then e full volume. Boot the pc bisag mo red light imong monitor then paminawa imong speaker kung mo play ba siya sa windows intro sound after booting to Windows. If mo play gane, it means nga ni boot imong pc but no display.

The bottom part.... here's what I did.
1.) Nvidia man akong graphics card, ako ge remove ang nvidia card gi replace nako og asus(pwede bisag unsa nga graphics card basta dili nvidia).
2.) I pressed F8 to boot to safe mode.
3.) Add/remove in control panel, then ako gi uninstall ang nvidia software.
4.) Ako gi remove ang asus graphics card then replace with the nvidia.
5.) Reboot pc then ni display na siya balik then install balik ang software sa graphics card.
***Ang problem kay nvidia software ra diay, ni corrupt... dunno how it happened pero ana man gyud na ang computer you can't blame the computer blame BG!
*** It took me a lot of time to figure this sh*t out, wala nalang koy ligo-ay tungod aning problemaha. hehehe

If you know the work around sa imong BIOS then it's ok. pero kung wala kay knowledge sa bios settings... ayaw intawn pang usba kay mu samot hinoon ang problem.

Usa pud, kung di gihapon, try replacing the powersupply, monitor etc...(i didn't suggest that you buy one pero kung naa kay spare, it's better...)

OT: Katong interested sa akong pc gi sell... on hold pa for further notice kay naay ga saad sa 7 ka units... thnx...

Before suspecting what parts is defective check individually

    1. plug in your monitor but do not connect to PC. Naay makita diha sa monitor nga "Not connected" if mo display na samtang wala naka connect sa PC. OK pa na imong monitor.
    2. Check cpu fan, basin wala na magtuyok mao dili maka display.
    3. If built-in imong VC, replace it. If problem still exist,
    4. clean memory module using eraser, if you have spare, replace good working mems
5, Lastly, check PSU might have problem with inconsistent power.
