The Surf Camp : Calicoan Island, Eastern Samar


The Surf Camp is an idyllic tropical getaway situated in ‘abcd’ beach, Calicoan Island’s prime surfing area. The eight luxuriously appointed cottages are inspired by Thai, Balinese, Indonesian and Filipino architecture. All are equipped with airconditioning, hot water, satellite tv, minibar, safety deposit box and intercom. The resort features an infinity pool with an unparalleled view of the Pacific Ocean.

Getting There:


FROM CEBU: Take one of several daily fast ferry trips to Ormoc. Transfers to The Surf Camp can be arranged

Or: PAL Express serves the Tacloban-Cebu route with daily flights (see Air Philippines for timetable). Transfers to The Surf Camp can be arranged.

The Surf Camp has private planes to fly guests round trip Cebu/Guiuan/Cebu at P5,000 per person, no layover charge. The 7,000 foot runway is only 20 minutes from the resort.
