Let me paraphrase the song from U2, "All is quiet on New Years Day".

It's quiet and boring around here, and I'm sure you know what I'm talking about, have I lost my sense of direction in a world of my own creation? Nevermind What I say, this is just the famous line from the song "Continued Aversion" of Mikmik's (Smooth Friction's Drummer) TSK.

I'm bored with so many things lately coz it didn't came out the way I wanted it to be. Wala juy na-remate, almost all items nga giprenda ky gilukat. Ing-ani ka datu ang mga taw sa panahon sa Decembre. Kamingaw pud sa jamminganan, ky nag-vacation ang mga emo/bag-ong tobu/new schoolers na mga banda.

That's why I was able to come up with some new concept for the "Days of the New" Year. No more 5% interest rate sa mga moprenda. It now has a fixed 10% rate even if you'll pawn it for just one day. I know it may be harsh, but the reason why I'm bringing the interest rate at a higher level coz I won't be concentrating with this kind of trading anymore, ky mas nalingaw nko ron ug 'buy n sell'. I was able to close such transactions that can be considered as "Money talks" with the mode of buying n selling of items.

If I have an item that is available for sale, my first priority buyers will be my friends or cellfone contact list. Just like the existing marketing strategy of the famous 'Aykiman'. He now just sends personal texts to all his contact lists. To post an item on the "Items for Sale" corner here will be my last option.
