CebuPEP is a project to provide full tuition funding and life skills training to selected, qualified, college-bound young women.

What YOU need to do to win:

1. Now, go and register by clicking on Registration.
2. Later, write and submit an essay. Click Essay Submission for details.

Winners will be selected based on:

1. Essays
2. Group Discussions
Eligibility requirements:
- You must be able to comfortably travel to Cebu City.
- You must be from 16 - 25 years old.
- You must speak English.
- You must write a 1000-word essay once a month on an assigned topic.
- You must attend a class in Cebu City once a month to discuss the assigned topic.
- You must attend occasional life skills classes when the director is in Cebu.
