BCPI seeks an experienced Visual Designer to join our young and dynamic team.

BCPI is the offshore office of BO Technology - an American IT-based business solutions provider. We are currently expanding our operations here in Cebu. We need people who will share our vision, our attitude, our work ethics and who will stay with the company for the long run.


We're looking for someone who can build and flawlessly execute front and backend web sites and applications which deliver mind-blowing experiences and forward-thinking interactions for large and medium sized corporate clients. A motivated, reliable and demigod-like designer experienced in crafting the following is encouraged to apply:

Identity, Branding and UI design is your raison d'etre

User Experience Design champion
Expert project juggler
Self starting and motivated Designed, built and consulted on major brands.
You own Adobe Creative Suite, figuratively

Fluent with the latest web schmear (Flash, CSS, AJAX, iPhone)
Know and design best practices in UX / IXD / UI

Have an online portfolio that's at least almost out of this world

Can discuss next level web technology intelligently, and at least fake like liking it

Take direction and collaborate with the client, project manager, and developers

Education Bachelor of Fine Arts in a design related field or similar degree, or PROVEN agency work experience

Not necessary but a plus: Video editing, motion graphics Flash AS2 - AS3 (we work with Flash gods) Mobile application UI design



Duties:

• Concept and develop interactive designs based on creative strategy and overall vision.

• Conceptual development and creative prototypes as well as tactical UI design and implementation.

Experience & skill requirements:

• 2-4 years of interactive design experience. (Agency experience is a bonus)

• Strong design portfolio

• Strong conceptual and communications skills

• Proficient with Adobe CS3 and Flash (ActionScript a plus)

• Experience with print communications a plus

• Great work ethic with the ability to produce efficiently under pressure
