Car Clubs in Cebu

We all know that at some time , car clubs existed dominating each other but not inside the track or grounds . They are dominating respectively outside and to the point of becoming violent and destructive . I am creating this thread that someday , car clubs and the enthusiast behind it will be united as 1 sharing the common goal , FOR THE LOVE OF AUTOMOBILES .

I know that a lot of members here in iSTORYA.net , specially here in the AUTOMOTIVE SECTION are connected in one way or the other to car clubs / crews and groups . Let us all help each other in uniting Cebu for a healthy and better auto hobby mapa car audio , racing or purely showing off cars .

I am calling out all of you to step in , specially to those mga guilty na akong gipasabot to act on , specially karon 2010 na magka peace na unta mo . If nagka peace namo then the better ! Something is brewing and it is for everybody . Just imagine , kung nakuha magka peace ang AKP and TGP , ang car clubs pa kaha ?

hello good day sir, i am a member of a car club here in cebu and i've got friends too that are also members of other clubs here, so far i never heard a humor that one car club to another group having problems, naa diay sir? concern lng pra pud ma inform ko =)

gud day.. i think cebu car clubs are united infact naa man gani Federation of Auto Club Cebu (FACC) and naa pd own forum which is www.cebucars.tk .....

if im not mistaken wla man ko na dungog about car clubs competing against another car club. maybe friendly competition like sa carshow, autocross ug uban pa...

let me chip in my unsolicited two cents:

first of all, the 2nd autoclub meet wouldnt be regarded as a successful event if indeed what you claimed existed.

second, differences among each individual inside the club or towards members of other clubs is normal but it does not necessarily mean that it is the voice of the entire club. personal differences occurs even in blood relatives, it is inevitable. As I have said, the voice and concerns of one individual, though just as important and valuable and needs immediate attention and/or resolution does not entirely promote or foster the ideology of the organization.

For the benefit of the doubt, you may know something we dont. spill it in!

That is a big reason why we have started the FACC - Federation of Auto Clubs Cebu

Composed of 13 clubs with newer clubs attending next year , bringing total to possibly 15-17 estimate not counting certain clubs that are specialized ie Race or Sound.

Out of the possible 17 Cebu Car Clubs, 4 Main race clubs and a couple of Sound Clubs I have not heard any problems other than the usual little things that like Crash mentioned is normal.

If there are trouble with individual car clubs under federation, 1st step is have it worked out with individual clubs first, we are all adults im hoping. And if the Fed reps are needed we are more than willing to assist, but im sure any of the car clubs under the federation are very much capable of cleaning and making household run like a well oil machine.

I apologized if medyo mislead mo sa gi open nako . It is something that I am also concerned basing from experience here in Cebu pero sa una ra to and the reason why I made this thread is get updated if unsa na ang status .

Guys ... I have no idea that FACC existed to become the umbrella organization for the car clubs .

Thats the reason why I said in my first post " AT SOME TIME " and " nagka peace namo then the better " as a waiver because UNIFICATION is really important , dili ta taga Manila , gamay ra kaayo ang Cebu and there is no need for a " GRUDGE MATCH " . About 5 years ago man cguro to , grabe man to away2 gud between 2 car clubs na personal na kaayo , nagka hilabtanay na , death threats etc .

SO if that is the case , basing on the first few replies , its GOOD NEWS indeed because naay sanctioned and observed governing body . MORE HORSEPOWER to all !! I checked the site / thread of KE - 25 about FACC ... these are not the CAR CLUBS I am referring to , mga tarong man ni sila hehehe .. specific to the make , model man ni sila na clubs .

I am referring to the crew's SPEED TEC and STU .... buhi pa ba ni sila hantod karon ? Mao lang gihapon ang agi or ni mature na ? I hope so . This is not to start flaming issues since I am pretty sure , naay uban ninyo diri were probably members or ex members of the said groups . Sila lang ba to ang ga away2 or daghan pa ? Hoping na dili ingon ana na ang car clubs karon and kudos to FACC !!
