I wonder how come JRPG enthusiasts and PS3 fans are not even talking about this PS3-exclusive game.

because the release date is still to be announced and rpg fans are focusing for the upcoming final fantasy XIII....

This game was developed by Level-5, a credible developer behind popular JRPGs of recent years. They are enjoying a nice business relationship with Sony. Originally Posted by ßattousai

Don't expect to see Level-5's games appear on the 360. That developer got burned out with their dealings with Microsoft over the development of the aborted True Fantasy Live Online.
As for White Knight Chronicles, it's been over three years since the game was first unveiled.

White Knight Chronicles has a release date in North America - February 2, 2010.
It will have more content than the Japanese version, which has sold 350,000 copies to date.
