    Arrow NEED HELP: plz. can u give me a simple recipe of fried calamari and it's sauce?


    PLEASE~ I REALLY LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO COOK AND PREPARE THIS SCRUMPTUOS MEAL JUST BY USING THE TRADITIONAL FRYING WOK OR KARAJAY, NOT THE BATCH-TYPE DEEP FRY ONE...AND PLEASE INCLUDE THE NECESSARY INGREDIENTS AND UTENSILS AND THE PROCEDURE/TECHNIQUES



    THANKS IN ADVANCE, IF U HAVE CONCERNS REGARDING "SECRET" PROCEDURES, JUST PM ME, I WOULD APPRECIATE UR GENEROSITY~

    calamares recipe:

    squid
    for the batter
    corn starch
    egg
    salt and pepper to taste

    direction:
    wash squid then dapat wla na an ata..
    mix lng nmo an egg corn starch ug salt and pepper.

    then deep an squid sa butter then deep fry..

    for the sauce:
    vinegar
    ketchup
    little sugar
    then corn starch pra mo sticky

    mix lng together in a low heat until mo sticky..

    thats it...

    my way of cooking calamares bro is e marinate nko ang squid with milk and beer..palumoy sa meet sa squid at the same time patangtang sa lanse sa baho...e marinate nko with milk(evap or fresh)beer,garlic,calamansi,salt and pepper...then e coat nimo ang squid sa flour then egg,bread crumbs
    in a pan,make it sure na init jud imo oil para ma cruchy imo calamares...

    suggest lng ko use cold water in making the batter of the calamari... mas smooth ang batter inig whisk nmu..
