Need help on this

I Cannot Browse the internet but can ping thru CMD. I Cant also Install Any Antivirus Softwares.

Solutions Tried:
-Reformatted and Repartitioned Thrice (licensed OS)
-Resetted modem
-Winsock Fix
-Hijack
-Combofix
-Smitfradufix
-rmvirut remover
-noob killers
-slaved and scanned with norton internet security (updated and licensed)

Tried lots of spyware, adware, malware and virus remover pero gihapon ko ka browse ug ka install ug bisan unsa nga anti virus

-mounsa raman inig install nimog antivirus? moerror or moexit dayon?
-katong pagscan nimog antivirus, naay mga nakita?
-paghuman nimog format, nag-open dayon kag mga laing drives? apil na USB? ... or nag-install dayon kag softwares nga naay keygen or crack?
-walay hang-ups imong pc?
-tanawa daw sa taskmanager dd2 sa process nga tab kung naa bay dakog kaon sa cpu ussage.

@ranaticsrule: Try kuno bro nga ibutang ang IP ADDRESS sa website nga imu gusto adtuon sa address bar sa imu browser (internet explorer) then GO. Tan-awa daw og maka browse bah.

For example: try ni, instead of typing Google, ang imu etype kay 72.14.213.105

etry sa tong akong gisulti... para mahibal-an kung sa OS ba nagkumpayot ang virus (possibility almost zero) or sa LAN, or sa WAN.

kay sa akong tanaw dili mana maexecute ang mga files nga namark na as SPACE/EMPTY sa hardisk.... so wa jud virus nga moexecute kung namarkahan na xa as vacant/empty. except lang kung naa kay software nga mo pull out sa iyaha para maexecute.

when you say format, did you actually format ALL of your drives/partitions or only the one with the OS?

Pag install nimo sa OS, successful/failed? If failed, possibly guba imong installer or CD-ROM/DVD ROM drive.

Re-install NIC driver

IP configuration and DNS, set to default.

Be sure nakasalpak ug tarong ang RJ45 sa imong router/switch
