I went to Johor Bahru when I was on vacation in Singapore early this year. It's a beautiful place. You can visit the store where they make batik by hand. They will also give you an overview of the musical instruments in Malaysia. If you go to Johor Bahru, make sure you visit Sultan Abu Bakar Mosque. Wala mi nisulod. We were told man pud na there's nothing to see inside since mosques are pretty much empty. But the view is really nice. If you can buy some of their fruits, make sure you do. They are sooooo good. They're pretty much the same sa Philippines but sweeter ilang fruits. Singapore gets their produce from Malaysia and if you buy from Singapore na, mahal na kaayo. The people there are also super nice.

@TS: if ang purpose nimo moadto is additional tatak sa passport, find nalang ug half day tour.
