there is only one way to find out. let us ask those who actually saw Satan, anyone?
nobody have seen Satan. if they have, they were probably dreaming, hallucinating, or just plain delusional. just charge it to faith my friend. faith enables a person to believe without actually seeing. so those of you who believe Satan exist, keep dreaming and believing---and hallucinating.

Career of Satan
Throughout his lifetime, Satan has proven to be a multi-talented multitasker: his curriculum vitae boasts over five hundred positions he has held both as a temporary and full-time employee. According to New York Times best-seller The Bible, he earned his position as Keeper of the Gates of Hell "the hard way," at a time when it was notoriously difficult to attain the position due to corporate corruption, nepotism. Well actually this is a fantasy of his to get over the fact that he and his minions have been sentenced to 1000 years in Death Row after the return of Jesus and then will be thrown into in a lake of flames orchestrated by God himself. Satan's current career is to roam the planet convincing people to embrace their dark side and that they don't really die.

the word "Satan" is such a broad term and it is subjected to how a person uses it. if we talk about Satan in the Bible, it is synonymous to "Devil". in the Bible, Satan (or the Devil) appears several times starting from Genesis to the book of Revelation.
“Satan, that deceived the whole world. He was thrown down to earth, and all his angels with him.” (Rev. 12: 9) Michael and his army of angels defeat Satan (the dragon, the ancient serpent) (Rev. 12: 7-9)
also, in Ephesians, Satan is described as:
“the ruler of the spiritual powers in space, the spirit who now controls the people who disobey God.” (Eph.2: 2)
again, the word Satan can be used to describe real people. if you say Hitler was Satan, then i would say Satan did exist. however, if you talk about Satan as a spirit/angel described in the Bible, then Satan is improbable to prove much like the Judeo-Christian God.
and yes, i'd choose the picture on the right if you talk about Satan.
