Default I fell on my back from a two-level stunt in cheerdance.

Last Sunday, we had this Family Day in our school. Part of the competitions was the cheerdance. It was in the last part of the dance that I have to do the shoulder stand with only a lifter and a pitcher with no spotter. When it was my time to do the stunt, my lifter went off balanced and the pitcher still have to get the props for me. The pitcher hadn't have enough time to spot me the time we went off balanced. So I dropped to the ground with my butt. I know it wasn't the butt that really hit the ground but my bone just above my butt. Ugh. Geez. It really really hurts. And I'm afraid that this might lead me to death. Ugh. Paranoid, huh?

Is there still something I could do to prevent these so-called, "long-term effects?"
Should I only visit and ortho? Or more than that?
