    Exclamation Bad experience at JUNREX SM!


    Mga bros/sis,
    Kinsay naka try na ug exchange ug defective device sa Junrex SM? I have a really hard time with them. this is what happened. I bought an Mp3 player from them, i asked if we could test it before I buy it, they gave me a really lousy advice that we dont have a computer that we for it. I said okay since it has 7 days warranty. when going home, the device doesn't work. something to do with its firmware being corrupted. I returned the device, they said "we dont have the exact model but we have something similar but you''ll need to add P100. I said okay, since they say it would renew the 7 days warranty. Upon going home, I checked, the replacement they gave me doesn't have an USB cable and memory card. After 2 days, I went back to the store, I asked about it.. here comes the stupidest line I've ever heard. "Sir, only selected models have a usb cable, and the memory card isn't included".. I was thinking, WTF! So you mean to say I paid a P100 more for something that is inferior to the first device I chose..

    But the story doesn't end there. Ask yourself, how can you sell an Mp3 player that doesn't include a USB cable.. its like selling a bnew phone without a charger. that's just freaking lame. So i checked with their Junrex ayala instead if they have the same device for sale.. then sure enough! it includes a usb cable. NOT ONLY THAT THE ARE NOT ABLE TO REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE DEVICE UPON WAITING FOR 1 WEEK, THEY EVEN LIED IN MY FACE.

    Worst thing about this, they said that warranty is only for a replacements for refunds whatsoever. They agreed to replace it again, but we have to wait for new stocks, and no info on when its going to arrive. we just heard the same bu_llsh!t story that just go back to the store every end of the week. WTF!

    If someone knows the owner of this store. pls forward this to him/her. Would appreciate the help.

    also experienced bad exp sa ayala nuon to. i used my cc to purchase and repair my phone, they passed the cc processing charge to me, and dapat cash. gamay ra xa, pero bawal na xa accdg sa citibank. (got a letter about this weeks after the transaction). ang sa ako lang, as a merchant, dapat kabalo sila ani. pero they still do such things na dapat di buhaton.
    in reference to ur experience, dapat na xa ireport sa DTI consumer rights.

    pakig negotiate lang pod sa manager para di mudako ang gubot.

    ikaw atubang sa owner sir... ayaw ang manager kay that will fall on deaf ears... mangatawa rana sila...

    yup i agree i deretso dayun sa owner.. ayaw kahadlok bisan unsa ka gamay imong gi palit... dili kabayran ug kwarta ang ka hasol nga ilang gi hatag nimo...

    hahayz... graveh pud oi... ako pay g ing-ana ako dayun ei labay ang ako item na ako gpalit nila bah... pakit-on nako sila bah.. hehehe...

    report sa DTI or mas maayo pa agi nimo sa kana media total if wala na cla scoop kana ila praktisan og bomba og anomalya...
    sakto di kabayran ang hasol og stress!

    SIR same here bad experience pud ko sa JUNREX AYALA... hehehe ana gyud na mga puhong... ang problem ilang ipasa sa end user, pa balik-balikon ka nila... they have a very ugly service... and stupid employees mga walay paki unsa ka hasol ang gi buhat nila...

    ako pa nimo return the unit... refund... pang hasi did2, kay 7 days pagud...

    pwd mn cguro ka magpatabang sa customer service sa mall... kay even if wala ang owner sa store, ang mall mutabang man cguro basta consumer relative na issue... and beside, unfair trade practice mn guro ni... just an idea lng ha...

    abi jud nako okay ni ang Junrex.! post more problems with them here. Para ma inform ang other istoryans not to buy from that Store...
