I know for a fact that GMA Network pays its office employees decently but they are so cheap and abusive towards local entertainers.

These young people, many of which dropped out of school to make their dreams in showbiz and of getting rich come true, are always abused, paid with wages below the minimum for region 7, and don't get enough in return.

Look what happened in 2005. They pulled the plug off Singgit Cebu, a variety show that was popular and employed many local entertainers, without even informing everyone.
