ASUS P5KPL-AM SE problem

Hi!

first time ni nako nga mag post diri.. i need help.. dili mag post ako PC, no sound at all nga madungog ig turn on sa PC..

Mao ni ang specs:

Asus p5kpl-am se (5days old pa)
E6600
500W PSU
512MB DDR2 667

here are the things nga amo g-try:

* Ram works on another board/PC
* tried another working PSU, wa gihapon..
* remove ram, hear beeps..
* no other working ram available..
* tried to check the jumpers, wa gihapon..
* proc works on another board..

tried to go back sa store nga ako gipalitan ani.. d man sila motuo nga d mo post.. ana sila ang ako daw proc d compatible sa board..

pero sa website sa Asus, compatible man ang E6600 sa P5KPL-AM SE nga board..

the next day, nibalik ko sa store.. d man gihapon nila ilisan kay daw sa ako proc jud daw ni ang prob.. ako sila g-ingnan nga working ako proc and all pero sad to say wa jud ilisi..

any inputs? or mka share mo sa inyo pud experiences? anybody here nga naa pud in ani nga set up then nag work.. maski at least P5KPL-AM SE board and E6600 proc lang..

Unsa na nga store bai?? kuyawa ana gud mao na ilang after sales?? mao beware mo ana daghan stores karon wala nay ayo o kaluoy sa consumers ig palit aw byaan dayon. Paetz...

Bitaw bro if you have tested it then its still not working you should have to insist sa repair nila I think wala mana bayad jud. Any found defective parts should be 100% replaceable basta under warranty.

To direct your post problem I think it has something to do w/ the motherboard when mani ni occur?? when mani the last time ni work? pila ka days since you purchased the pc?

What is the name of the store?? post lang bai ayaw ka hadlok we are on the same page!!

@TS basin daan pa nga version ang BIOS ana mao dili ka detect sa E6600 nga proc. try update sa bios using latest version then POST sa name sa store para ma aware mi. Same na nahitabo sa akong mobo nga P5VD2-MX.

unsa kuno name sa store para maaware sad ang uban. dapat ila na icheck kay under warranty pagud na 5 days pagud.
