HP dv6z media and wlan sensors not working anymore

Good Day mga Fellow istoryans!

Ang akong HP dv6z gikan gawas kay naay gamay (gamay kaha ni??) problem.. ang media ug wlan sensors sa top sa keyboard (murag touch screen ni siya) kay dili na mu function.. ang mute, volume, stop , forward, replay ug wlan switch.. ni ON pa siya hinoon pero kung i touch nimo kay dili na mu function ( ex. ang wlan or mute ).. naa ra ba kaha settings ani or ilisanan.. not familiar with HP software and hardware kay im used to DELL products..

try re-installing the utilities driver for that HP, if your familiar with Dell, is should be similar to the Dell Quickset...
