Yup, got that topic in one of our classes in MBA. Franchising is at its best when your considering Medium to Large scale businesses, wherein it would take a lot of time to monitor the flow of the business. But for a shawarma stall? I think you can hire max of 2 people on it, and thats it. Just my opinion. hehe.
