Duties of Sub-Agent:
- Do Prospecting thru:
o Referrals

AGE / BDATE
OCCUPATION
CONTACT NUMBER (Landline or celphone)
COMPANY
E-mail AD
Additional Notes (Married, Single, kids, with life insurance, savings, etc??)
o Special Markets
OFWs – Spouse / Family Member / Relatives
Seaman
Flight Attendant
High-Net Profile
Businessmen
Officemates with Children
Entrepreneurs
- Establish initial approach. (One way of getting additional notes or information.)
- Set appointments (different compensation scheme)
- Submit 10 new names per week to

Additional Provisions:
- If sub-agent cannot provide names on a weekly basis for 3 consecutive months, even with follow-up from agent, then position is considered terminated.
- Successive first year quarterly / semi-annual commissions can only be claimed if sub-agent is still active.
- If referred prospect gets a plan but sub-agent is not active anymore, then sub-agent referral commission will not be released.
- In order to be considered an active agent, one must have submitted at least 50 names within 3 months time or have accumulated a total of P10,000 referral commission.

It is very important for the sub-agent to learn what I am advocating in order to be an effective sub-agent. Materials will be provided. Minimum supervision is expected of the sub-agent.
Compensation:
- 25% of Agent’s FYC (First Year Commission) for Regular Paying Plans
- 10% of Agent’s Commission for One-Time Paying Plans
- Additional 5% if appointment was set by sub-agent
