Need advice about laptop

guyz pls give me an advice on what brand of laptop and model would suit my 24,000 pesos
and which is more convenient in terms of over all performance the 10" monitor or the 12-13" one...
i prefer brand new laptop... i am so newbie in terms of this and i dont want my hard-earned money get wasted... Friendly and Serious advice are very much welcome.. God bless..

ayaw pag netbook bai... ayaw ng mga intel atom or mini processor base para dili ka mabitin sa performance kay mag design2 raba diay ka... mas maayo stetch nalang na to 30k imong budget kung brand new gyud imo pangita... kung dili gani, naa man daghan second hand diri pero yaw lang palit kung wala nay warranty ug resibo...

naay mga msi nga 14 incher nga kusgan na ayo at 30k... basta daghan naka mapili-an ana... kung nahan gyud ka gamay, 12incher lang pinakagamay kay malipong ka trabaho sa 10".

naa ko compaq cq20 (12") ug acer 4520g (14") unya mga dual core processors ni sila kaya ra ayo cs3 nga photoshop...

i have a bad experience on hp laptops getting the driver online is difficult to find even on the newest products. i prepare dell asus for the cheapers ones i choose acer and lenovo. choose hardware that has a bluetooth capable wifi n series and probably choose 2gigs of ram. dun buy small atom small display monitor cause some odd reason its irritating to view.

dude kita ku ug choi nga laptop sa pclive sa sm. kato ila lenovo nga 15" man tingali toh nga wifi n series na ug 2 gigs nga ram mga 26,000 man tingali toh naa didto cla balingya mura nahan ku sa ila mga products.
