P4, particularly that one you're referring to is old technology. Though they have the same clockspeed, the dual core is years ahead in terms of architecture and efficiency so the dual core is way faster and more heat efficient. That P4 is still a socket 478 while the dual core is socket 775 which has a lot added features like DDR2 support and higher FSB. The dual core has a bigger cache( depending on the model ) and of course extra number of cores which is essential nowadays.

depends pod ang gipaspason sa pagkahurot sa tubig sa imohang technique pag yabo
even if 2 ka tag 500 bottles separate niya dili optimized ang pagyabo nimo mas una gihapon mahurot ang single 1 liter, if e rotate nimo first while pouring, just like sa processor, if dili optimized for dual core ang application imoha gigamit, same or mas better pa hinoon ang single core na p4, especially older softwares imo gamit tried this already, gi test nako sa akoa amigo gidungan pa run hehehe nauna pa ang P4 kahuman
