generic host process error!!!

i started my edll laptop one time and this error comes up
generic host process win 32 serivces error.
this error has something to dow with svc host 32.

il always comes up and makes the computer very slow and hardly boots up
i did a virus scan and anti spyware scan and nothing!

please help, i dont want to reformat the laptop since i havent backed it up

also system restore doesnt work..
